Schenectady County is seeking proposals for the Capital Region Youth Justice Team’s (CRYJT) “Racial and Ethnic Disparities Initiative,” to fully implement deliverables associated with implicit bias training and technical assistance, Check Your Bias palm cards, and follow-up education as needed on behalf of the youth, families, and relevant stakeholders within the nine participating counties to ensure that decisions within the community are made with an equity lens.
