2024 Capital Region Health Survey

Schenectady County residents are encouraged to take the 2024 Capital Region Community Health Survey, open until December 8, 2024. Your input will guide decisions on healthcare services, resource allocation, and program development.

This quick, seven-minute survey will help shape the County’s Community Health Improvement Plan for the next six years by gathering feedback on local health needs, challenges, and priorities.

Your voice matters in ensuring public health programs meet the real needs of the community.
