Office of Community Services

The Schenectady County Public Health Services Community Health Division's Office of Community Services (OCS) plans, oversees, and coordinates services for individuals and families with mental illness, substance use disorders, and developmental disabilities who reside in Schenectady County. OCS works to ensure that persons with mental illness, substance and alcohol use disorders, and developmental disabilities are provided a full range of services that promote stabilization, rehabilitation, and recovery to enhance and improve their lives.
