Schenectady County Public Health Services (SCPHS) is committed to providing Schenectady County medical providers with the most up-to-date clinical recommendations for your Latent TBI and Active TB patients. SCPHS holds a monthly LTBI clinic for patients referred to SCPHS with positive PPDs and positive IGRA tests, along with DOT and case management for any patients diagnosed with TB disease. If you have questions about LTBI or TB testing and treatment please call 518-386-2824 ext. 1272.
If your patient is experiencing symptoms of TB disease (chronic cough, night sweats, hemoptysis, or unexplained fevers) please fax a LTBI Referral Form to 518-386-2278 AND call us at 518-386-2824 option 4.
For nonurgent referrals please fax the completed LTBI Referral Form, copy of recent CXR, and any relevant lab work to 518-386-2278.

Schenectady County Public Health Services offers STI/HIV disease investigation and partner notification services. Our staff work with those recently diagnosed with an STI to understand the disease process, link them to treatment, provide risk reduction practices, and identification and notification of partners.
