Residential Paint Recycling

Every year, roughly 80+ million gallons of unused paint goes into landfills.  Overtime, chemicals, fungicides, and toxic metals like lead leach out into the ground, polluting nearby soil, ground water, and the air we breathe. The Schenectady County Compost & Recycling Facility now offers residential paint recycling.
