Youth Employment Worksite

What will my role in the program be?

• To provide a meaningful work experience to youth
• Acclimate participants to the worksite environment
• Provide day-to-day tasks, scheduling, and oversight
• Mentor and coach youth to learn foundational employment skills
• Communicate with the Job Coach to provide support to the youth
