Tune up your bike, grab your life vest, lace up your shoes, and sign up for Schenectady County's 11th Annual Pedal-Paddle-Run. Challenge yourself, stay fit, or compete for your best time ever on this unique course along New York's legendary Erie Canalway.
The course consists of three distinct legs: a 7-mile bike loop on the Empire State Trail and along Aqueduct Road, a 2-mile kayak paddle on the Eric Canal, and a 5-k run along the scenic Mohawk River.

Check-in on race day at the Niskayuna Boat House and pick up your free race day swag. At the finish line, you'll receive a Pedal-Paddle-Run Medal to mark your accomplishments.
