Schenectady County Pedal Paddle Run Finish Line

Event Held on May 13 at Aqueduct Park in Niskayuna

The Schenectady County Legislature announced the winners of the 2023 Schenectady County Pedal-Paddle-Run, which took place at Aqueduct Park in the Town of Niskayuna on Saturday, May 13, 2023. Over 100 individuals and 17 teams participated in the event.

Schenectady County hosts special events, including the Pedal-Paddle-Run, to offer residents and visitors unique opportunities to experience recreational areas throughout the county.

“Over 140 participants took part in our Pedal-Paddle-Run triathlon at Aqueduct Park on Saturday,” said County Legislator Michelle Ostrelich. “We’d like to congratulate the winners and thank all of our participants, their supporters, first responders, and volunteers who helped make this a great event!”

Schenectady County Pedal-Paddle-Run

The ”Not Your Typical Triathlon” Pedal-Paddle-Run is a timed event that includes approximately 7 miles of biking, approximately 2 miles of kayaking/canoeing and a 5k run. Participants may compete as individuals or as part of a relay team.
