Schenectady County welcomes suggestions and comments for the Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant (JAG) Program FY 2021 Local Solicitation. The US DOJ furthers the Department’s mission of assisting state, local and tribal efforts to prevent or reduce crime and violence by supporting units of local government through funding opportunities. This year’s JAG FY2021 allocation is in the amount of $50,336 and is to be shared equally by the Schenectady Police Department and the Schenectady County DA’s Office.
